Loaned Executive Program

Each Year, United Way of Smith County has the privilege of working with top community volunteers through our Loaned Executive Program. Through this program, businesses allow key employees to participate in the United Way Campaign. The Loaned Executive experience not only helped over 60,000 people in Smith County last year, but provided important networking opportunities for the participants.

 

During the peak campaign season, United Way calls on its corporate partners to lend their best and brightest employees. Loaned Executives assist United Way staff in the development and implementation of workplace campaigns. Specifically, LEs lend their expertise and energy to help United Way expand solicitation efforts, reach new markets and broaden the base of community giving. In doing so, LE’s help strengthen the United Way commitment to “LIVE UNITED” in Smith County – Engaging the community in helping one another by making lasting improvements that change lives.
