The Dick Evans Award was presented on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, to Julie Eagle and Steve Manley for their exemplary service on the allocations committee. The award, established in 2004 in honor of Floyd Richard “Dick” Evans, is given annually to a member of United Way’s Agency Relations committee who best exemplifies the dedication and good stewardship Dick provided to the community.

A long-tenured member of the committee, Steve also received the award in 2021 and in 2014. This was Julie’s first year to serve on the committee.
