More than 300 Participate in 30th Annual Day Of Caring
More than 300 people gathered for breakfast at the Green Acres Crosswalk Center, then headed to serve at 15 project sites to help local nonprofits in our community. After the projects were completed, everyone met back at the Crosswalk Center for lunch and door prizes
Formerly the Day of Caring, Serve United will carry on the legacy with less heat and more opportunities for volunteers to serve. The event will take place April 28-29.
- Sponsorships are currently available for $750. The deadline to confirm is March 6.
- Project submissions for nonprofits are open until April 4.
- Volunteer sign-ups open March 1 and close April 16.
- Teams may participate in any and as many shifts as they wish to.
- “Away” projects will be available to complete at your business for those who cannot leave to volunteer.
